The system you'll learn

Run any work as a 4-step pipeline.

Your folder is the brain. Agents do the volume. A review queue holds the drafts. You ship. Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

1

Repo

Your whole business in one folder. Every department a folder, every decision a doc, every workflow a script.

2

Agents

Claude Code Skills + agents that do the work — drafting, scoring, categorising, enriching.

3

Queue

Every agent proposal lands in a review queue. You approve, edit, or kill. No autonomous ships.

4

Ship

Approved work goes live. Every action logs back to one CRM. One record, every stage.

56 levels · 8 chapters

Run your entire business from one codebase. Walk through every department, set up your repo, and ship.

🎓 AI Literacy

0/6

Start here if you're new. What is AI? What's a repo? Why does any of this matter? Beginner-friendly — no jargon, no terminal yet.

Level 1

Welcome

Get oriented to SoloStack and tell us about your business.

Level 2

How Folders Work

Before you write a single prompt, learn the one skill that makes everything else compound: organising your stuff so AI can find it.

Level 3

What's a Repo (When You Need It)

You've heard 'repo' and 'git' thrown around. Here's what they mean, and why you might want one — eventually. Not yet.

Level 4

A New World Is Forming

Three years ago you couldn't ship software without engineers. Today you can do it alone in a weekend. The rules just changed.

Level 5

Tech 101

How AI coding actually works. Five concepts that make everything else make sense.

Level 6

🎓 Set Up Your Command Centre

0/6

The tools that make everything else work. Cursor, Claude Code, voice dictation, your DON'T file.

Level 1

Meet Claude Code

Install your AI command centre. Cursor + Claude Code, set up in under 10 minutes.

Level 2

Cursor Tips

The 7 keyboard shortcuts you'll actually use, plus the @ trick that changes everything.

Level 3

Voice Dictation

Talk to your repo. Dictate prompts 5x faster than you type.

Level 4

Permissions

Claude asks before it acts. Learn to read the prompts, use Always Allow wisely, and why --dangerously-skip-permissions is not a productivity hack.

Level 5

Your DON'T File

The single most important doc in your repo. What your business will not do.

Level 6

Document Your Context

The CLAUDE.md file at the root of every project. AI's persistent memory. Spend 30 minutes on it once; AI gets dramatically better forever.

🎓 Folder Structures That Scale

0/4

How to organise your folders so AI can search, navigate, and scale with you. Works for your work, your business, your life.

Level 1

Folders Are the Operating Layer

AI can read a folder. It cannot read across 14 SaaS dashboards. The shift in one sentence — and what it enables for work AND life.

Level 2

Folder Patterns That Scale

Five rules every working folder structure follows. One topic per folder, stable top, max 3 levels deep, descriptive filenames, repeated patterns.

Level 3

What Goes Where

Concrete starting structures: a personal life folder, a side project folder, a real business folder. Steal these, adjust as you grow.

Level 4

Your Business Is a Folder

Your repo is your second brain. Stop losing context every time you switch tasks.

🎓 Skills, Automations & Agents

0/6

Reusable skills → triggered automations → autonomous agents. The core craft of operating with AI.

Level 1

Anatomy of a Skill

A reusable, named prompt template. The most powerful idea in this course. Build them once, use them forever.

Level 2

Build Your First Skill

Three steps: identify the recurring task, write the prompt, save it. End-to-end walkthrough in 10 minutes.

Level 3

Anatomy of Automations

Trigger → agent drafts → human approves → action ships. The pattern that runs your business.

Level 4

AI Agents Running Autonomously

A skill runs when you call it. An agent runs when something happens. Where the real power kicks in.

Level 5

Stay Safe While You Build

Agents that run on their own need credentials. Credentials get leaked. This is the lesson that stops you racking up $4,000 on someone else's bill.

Level 6

Your Bird's-Eye View

Once you have skills and agents running, you stop being the doer and become the manager. Build a workforce dashboard.

🎓 Build Great Products

0/7

Spot opportunities, scope projects, design and ship great products with AI. Whether you call yourself designer, PM, or founder — the skills are the same.

Level 1

Spot Opportunities Worth Building

AI made building cheap. Choosing what to build is now the hard part. Two filters before you commit.

Level 2

From Vague Idea to a Brief

An idea in your head is a feeling. A brief is a contract. Writing it down kills 60% of bad ideas for free.

Level 3

Scope It Like a Project Manager

Turn $10K mistakes into $50 ones. Implementation planning with Claude Code as your planning partner.

Level 4

Design It (Even If You're Not a Designer)

Four rules cover 80% of good design. AI handles the visual craft. You handle the judgment.

Level 5

Reference Real Apps Before You Build

Before you design any new flow, pull 5–6 reference screens from real apps. The /ui-research skill (powered by Mobbin MCP) stops your output from looking like generic AI slop.

Level 6

Build the Prototype

The cheapest version that proves the riskiest assumption. AI lets you build it in a day, not a month.

Level 7

Get Feedback & Decide What to Ship

5 people, 15 minutes each. The lightweight user-testing pattern, plus how to read the ship/iterate/kill signal.

🎓 Measure & Improve

0/4

KPIs, experiments, A/B tests. The loop that compounds.

Level 1

The 70-20-10 Rule

How to allocate your time so the business grows without drifting into shiny new bets.

Level 2

Track What Matters

Three numbers, reviewed weekly. The metrics that actually change behaviour.

Level 3

Run Experiments

Stop arguing about what works. Start measuring it. Lightweight A/B for solo operators.

Level 4

Read Your Results

Running the experiment is easy. Reading the data without lying to yourself is the hard part. Four traps and the 30%/2x rule.

🎓 Build A Full Stack App

0/12

Build apps from scratch with AI: scaffold, ship features, add auth, payments, polish, and deploy. Twelve chapters end-to-end.

Level 1

Anatomy of an App: What Makes It Work

Frontend, backend, database, auth, deploy. The five parts of every app — once you see them, you can build anything.

Level 2

Scaffold Your App

Spin up a working app in one prompt. Layout, routes, components — wired and live before you've written a feature.

Level 3

Build Your Core Feature

The one thing your app must do well. Build it first, polish it last. Everything else hangs off this.

Level 4

Add Breakpoints: Make It Responsive

One layout, every screen size. The three breakpoints AI handles for you and the one you have to design.

Level 5

Polish the UX

Loading states, empty states, error states. The small touches that make an app feel finished instead of demo-quality.

Level 6

Brand It: Logo, Colors, Layout

Take your app from generic AI slop to on-brand. Logo, palette, type system — installed once, used everywhere.

Level 7

Add Animations, Music & Motion

The 5% of detail that makes an app feel alive. Motion principles for products, not music videos.

Level 8

Build Your Landing Page

The page that sells your app. Hero, value prop, social proof, CTA — the structure that actually converts.

Level 9

Add Auth & Database

Sign-up, login, password reset, and a real database. The hard part of every app, now a half-day job with AI.

Level 10

Add AI Features

Plug Claude into your own app. Streaming responses, tool calls, structured outputs — the patterns that ship.

Level 11

Connect Payments & Booking

Stripe Checkout and Cal-style booking flows. The two pieces that turn your app from a toy into a business.

Level 12

Deploy It: Get a Real URL

From localhost to a live URL anyone can hit. DNS, hosting, environment vars — demystified.

🎓 Run a Business In a Repo

0/11

The finale. ICP, sales, marketing, CRM, finance, brand, launch — the whole business in one repo.

Level 1

Business 101

The core building blocks of every business — Marketing, Sales, Finance, Growth.

Level 2

Define Your ICP

Define exactly who you sell to — title, industry, company size, pain.

Level 3

Sales

Lead gen, outreach, and the CRM pipeline.

Level 4

Marketing

Content, SEO, social, carousels, nurture — and how to repurpose one idea five ways.

Level 5

CRM & Data

Your Postgres-backed system of record. Contacts, events, deals.

Level 6

Growth & Ads

Analytics, paid ads, activation, churn. The metrics that compound.

Level 7

Finance

Stripe, banking, expenses, profit.

Level 8

Your Brand

Pick your colors, voice, and visual identity.

Level 9

Build & Ship Your App

The 3-day arc: scaffold + core feature → auth + DB → payments + deploy. Concrete prompts to use with Claude Code, plus what to babysit.

Level 10

Launch Sequence

The deploy timeline and go-live checklist.

Level 11

Your Next 30 Days

The finale. What to do first, second, third — to actually run this thing.

Quick answers

Before you enrol.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. The whole course is built around describing what you want and letting Claude Code write the code. Most lessons are zero-syntax — you'll learn to drive AI like a senior engineer.
How is the Course different from the Community and the Workshops?
The Course ($550 one-time) is the full 8-level self-paced curriculum, lifetime access. The Community ($97/mo) is a separate Skool subscription — ongoing async mentorship from us, deep-dive lessons, and weekly office hours — buy it standalone if you want the room without the course. The Workshops ($1,500 one-time) are 5 weeks live online (just 2.5 hrs/week) where we wire your business live with you; lifetime Course access + 3 months Community are bundled in.
What does "lifetime updates" actually mean?
Buy once. Every new lesson we ship — and every new Skill we add — shows up in your portal automatically. As AI improves, the course improves with it. No upgrade tier, no resubscribe.
Can I add the Community or Workshop later?
Yes. The Community is a standalone $97/mo subscription you can start any time. Workshop seats open every ~8 weeks — see the next dates.
Refund policy?
If the course isn't for you, we'll refund in full within 7 days, no questions asked.
What software / hardware do I need?
A laptop. A Cursor or Claude Code account (we walk you through setup in Chapter 1). Workshop attendees also get a curated stack: GitHub, Neon, Resend, Stripe — all on free tiers.
